Applicable to employees working at CN, CPKC, VIA, G&W etc.
Federally Regulated Employees fall under the purview of the Canada Labour Code and the Canadian Human Rights Act in respect to Collective Bargaining, Health and Safety standards, Labour Standards & Human Rights violations.
Additionally, Canadian railway employees, are subject to the Railway Safety Act.
